Cancellation Policy
For all new clients, a credit card is required as a deposit to book your service! I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows and you will not be able to book again! There is no cancellation fee as long as you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. However, if you’re running late, please call or text ahead of your appointment time. I give a 10-15 minute grace period, after that your appointment is cancelled as a no show! Please call or text if you have an emergency and cannot make your appointment.
